We do not accept any returns, as all floral arrangements are perishable and made to order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us immediately at florist@dragonettibrothers.com.

Exceptions to policy
There are a few items that are not perishable (i.e. rose bears, teddy bears, etc.). For these items, we do not allow returns. However, if there is damage to your item or if the wrong item was received, we may be able to provide store credit or an exchange, Please contact us immediately to discuss options.
